Sonny’s Renovations served as prime general contractor for an approximately $125,000 commercial tenant build-out that transformed an existing commercial interior into a specialized therapy facility. The project included selective demolition, framing and drywall, specialized observation windows, commercial flooring, bathroom finishes and fixtures, doors, painting, cabinetry and counters, and electrical coordination.

Multi-Building Commercial Steel & Envelope Project
Laurel, Maryland · 2025
Sonny’s Renovations performed building-envelope and accessory installation across multiple structures on a larger commercial construction project. The primary 50′ × 60′ × 20′ building scope included exterior metal wall panels, metal roofing, commercial doors, gutters, downspouts and an approximately 25-foot canopy, with additional gutter, downspout and door work performed on other buildings at the site.
