Sonny’s Renovations LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned design-build general contractor serving Washington, DC and Maryland. The company has been building since 2012 (as Sonny’s Contracting) and was formed as Sonny’s Renovations LLC in 2020. Owner Harold “Tre’” Tucker III is a U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant and Desert Storm veteran who served two tours in the Gulf as a helicopter mechanic supervisor. He learned the trade from his father, “Sonny,” and spent over a decade licensed in real estate and mortgage lending before building full-time.

Every project starts with design-build preconstruction: a 3D scan of the space, an editable layout, and pricing built from measured takeoffs. The result is a defined scope and one accountable team from planning through turnover.
