Residential On-Site Assessment — $199
For repairs, single-scope work, and standard residential estimates. Covers the site visit, measurements, and your written estimate. Applied as a credit toward your project.
Commercial Design & Consultation — From $750
For multi-trade, commercial, and design-driven projects. The $750 books your consultation and covers the full site assessment, field measurements, design direction, and coordination of any specialty trades. Larger or multi-building projects may require additional design time — if so, we quote it and get your approval before any work begins. Applied as a credit toward your project.
Both fees are credited in full toward your project once you move forward. It’s not an added cost — it’s your first payment.
