Pricing & Process

How do you price your projects?

All projects are priced at a 30% gross profit margin. We give you a detailed written estimate with a clear scope of work. No lowball bids to win the job. No change orders to pad the number later.

Do you charge for estimates?

Basic estimates are free. Design consultations and detailed site visits are $500. That fee is credited toward your project when you hire us — it’s a screen for serious clients only.

What is your payment structure?

We require a deposit to schedule and start work. Payment milestones are outlined in the contract and tied to project phases. We do not accept back-loaded payment terms.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A roof replacement typically takes 1–3 days. A kitchen remodel runs 3–6 weeks. Commercial build-outs vary by size and permitting. We give you a realistic timeline upfront — and we stick to it.

Roofing

What roofing products do you use?

We install Owens Corning TruDefinition® Duration® shingles as our standard — one of the most durable, wind-resistant products on the market. We are an Owens Corning certified installer.

Do you offer aerial drone roof inspections?

Yes. Through iDRONE LLC, we offer aerial drone inspections for roofs, properties, and commercial sites. This gives you a detailed visual assessment without anyone walking on your roof unnecessarily.

Do you handle storm damage claims?

Yes. We assess storm damage, document findings, and work with your insurance adjuster. We do not chase storms or use high-pressure tactics. We give you an honest assessment and let you decide.
