Two historic stone buildings, ~25 squares total (Gath Hall ~9 sq hip; Lodge ~16 sq gable). Tear off & replace asphalt shingles; furnish & install 16 oz copper gutters, downspouts, drip edge & flashing; 2 chimney caps/crowns/flue caps; reuse copper cricket on the Hall. No fascia — gutters on hidden hangers. Sonny’s furnishes all materials — we need your labor only (you bend the copper from stock we supply).
